What we collect and what we do with it.

This site has one form. If you use it, we collect what you type: your name, email address, your connection to the event, any photos you attach, and your story. We use it for exactly one purpose: reviewing your submission and, with the permission you grant in the form, publishing it on this page with proper credit.

We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone. There is no advertising on this site and no tracking beyond basic hosting logs. Submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Netlify, and reviewed by the host committee.

If you want something you sent removed, or a published photo taken down or credited differently, email us and we will take care of it.

Terms

The short version is: be kind.

This page is a community memorial. By submitting photos or stories, you confirm they are yours to share and you give the host committee permission to publish them here. We review everything before it appears and may decline anything that does not fit the spirit of the page. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, or professional advice.
